- Direct access to your provider for non-urgent questions

- Ongoing monitoring of important health markers, including:
- Hormones

What's Not Included
To maintain transparency, the following services are not included in membership or follow-up visit fees:
- Emergency or urgent care services
- Specialist consultations
- Prescription medications
- Imaging services (X-ray, CT scan, MRI, Ultrasound)
- Procedures performed at outside facilities
- Controlled substance prescribing
