Not a spa or massage service — a guided, trauma-aware reset space inside the clinic.

On my journey as a Family Nurse Practitioner, I’ve seen how often people arrive to their appointments already exhausted — carrying stress, worry, and the weight of everything they’re managing in life. It shows up in blood pressure, sleep, mood, focus… everything.

That’s why I created The Stillness Room — a calm, private space inside the clinic where patients can pause, breathe, and gather themselves before heading back into the world.

This isn’t a nap, spa or massage room. It’s a guided, trauma-aware reset space designed to support your nervous system and emotional wellness in a safe, respectful way.

What you can do in the Stillness Room:

rest quietly without noise or interruptions
practice gentle breathing and grounding exercises
reflect, journal, pray, or simply be still
leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more centered

Calm Sound Support (optional)

In the Stillness Room, gentle soundscapes — like soft rain, pink noise, or quiet instrumental background — are available to help the nervous system settle. These sounds are steady, soothing, and free from lyrics or harsh tones.

You may choose sound — or silence — whichever helps you feel most at ease.

💊 Prescription Refill Policy

Refills are available for up to 30 days only for tele-health
(An original prescription must be verified.)

We do not prescribe or refill narcotics or controlled substances.
This includes opioids, benzodiazepines, stimulants, and other DEA-regulated medications.

For eligible refills, please allow 24–48 hours for processing. Have your pharmacy and original prescription details ready at the time of request.
